I'm honored to lead the Men's Ministry Team at Bayside Church . . .AndIam pumped! It’s as if God has been designing me for this ministry my whole life! How? I spent 23 years doing youth ministry.... That should be enough preparation right there because, really, us men are all still looking for a group with which to hang out and have fun, someone to guide us through life, friends to show our new toys to, and someone to guide us when we get stuck!

I have also spent years as the Small Groups Pastor at Bayside. I believe that men like to hang out with other men when those other men have something in common with them.

I launched and serve as President of Bayside Adventure Sports, Inc. With over 500 men regularly involved with Adventure Sports, I believe we have found a connecting place for men. We have 16 different sports we offer with events going on all year long! Finally, I hope that my family life will be an asset. My wife, Gloria, and I have been married 25 years and have four children, with two in college and two in High School.

Together with many teams of talented men, I am excited to lead the Men's Ministry of Bayside Church on a quest to connect men to other men and to Jesus Christ.
