Bayside Men: Small Groups

Ministry Vision:

The vision for Small Groups Ministry at Bayside Church is to develop a ministry where everyone at Bayside has the opportunity to easily find a group of like minded people who will become their friends and help them grow and live godly lives in daily activities, struggles, work, and decisions. This is a vision for a broadly diverse ministry where people are offered a variety of choices based on stage of life, spiritual growth need (like new believers, Bible study, doctrine, habits), similar interests, or felt need (like marriage, parenting, finance, recovery). 

Further, the vision for Small Groups Ministry at Bayside Church is to become an army of service for God to Bayside and the community.

Finally, the vision for Small Groups Ministry at Bayside Church is to become an increasingly interdependent ministry working with and servicing all of the adult ministries at Bayside Church in the growth and development of their small groups. (More about goals...)

There are many Men's small groups to choose from at Bayside:

  • NEW MEN’S SMALL GROUPS STARTING!!! Please email Alan Hurl at thehearls@aol.com if you are interested in either one of these new options.

  1. New for Wednesday Nights, 7-8:30 p.m. there will be a group going through “Winning at Work and Home” at or near the Bayside Office. This will start on May 2nd.

  2. There are 2 new options on Thursday Mornings, 6 a.m. at the Bayside Office. Take your choice of going through the “Quest For Authentic Manhood” or “Winning at Work and Home” These will be starting on May 3rd. Find out information about both curricula at www.mensfraternity.com
